In 2012, Richard realised he was ready for a new challenge and left his successful career in real-estate to pursue a new challenge in the banking and finance industry. Seven years later, he thought the next logical step was to start his own business… And so, NRG FINANCE (formally known as A1 finance) was born. Richard says NRG Finance was created because he believed in helping people.

The company name, logo and brand identity needed to be friendly, straightforward and professional. The overall tone needed to be human, unlike the big banks. The overall brand is a flexible design that can work in print, social media, and web.
